Return Instructions

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your merchandise you may return it for a full refund or request a replacement (when available) within the first 30 days. On our diamonds and other precious stones the 30-day return policy may not apply. If the return policy is different on an item it will be stated in the description of the item. Please always read the full description of the item. No refunds on custom ordered items. Original Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Include your name, address, phone number and order number with your return. In addition, if the person it was shipped to is different than the person who purchased the item please also include the purchasers name. Returns should be sent via United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation and insured for proper value.

DO NOT RETURN JEWELRY OVER $500.00 VIA UPS Or FED-X.

They only insure up to $500.00 when value is declared. Please note, if merchandise is lost in shipment it will be the responsibility of the shipper to file and collect on any claims. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise on returns. Please keep your tracking number for proof of the return. All products must be returned in their original inner packaging and in good condition.

When your return is received it will be inspected for damage. It will be the discretion of ejewelrygifts.com as to whether or not the return will be accepted. You will be notified if the return is not accepted for any reason. Otherwise, your account will be credited immediately when the inspection is complete. Returns on merchandise with a value of less than $150.00 will be given an in store credit after 30 days and up to 45 days. No refunds on merchandise with a value of under $150.00 after 45 days. All merchandise over the value of $150.00 will not be accepted after 30 days. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied on all returns for customers with a pattern of large purchases (over $250.00) and./or multiple returns . Shipping is also non-refundable in these situations.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please email or call our Customer Service department immediately. customerservice@ejewelrygifts.com Please do not call the order line. They do not handle returns. We prefer emails on all returns for the quickest response time. Holiday time can be very busy and therefore we recommend always using email at these busy times for returns and other inquiries. You must contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with the return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
